Tenvero is the trading name of Xyron Holding B.V., a registered Dutch corporation (B.V.) providing a B2B SaaS solution for system administrators to manage Office 365 shared mailboxes efficiently. Tenvero binds shared-mailbox delegation to Active Directory security groups, reconciles Outlook AutoMapping, and audits every mailbox for drift — work that otherwise lands on an administrator as repetitive PowerShell.

Our software complies with standard Microsoft API protocols. It talks to Exchange Online and Active Directory through documented, supported interfaces, using credentials the customer owns and controls. Mailbox contents, delegation data and directory information stay between your workstation and Microsoft — they are not sent to us, and we cannot see them. Billing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, so card details never reach our systems either.

Our target audience consists strictly of corporate IT professionals. Tenvero is licensed per Microsoft 365 tenant and sold to organisations rather than consumers, which is why our chargeback exposure has historically been low — purchases are made deliberately, by the people who will operate the product, on behalf of a company.
