These terms govern your use of Tenvero, a trading name of Xyron Holding B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under CoC number 99553333 ("Tenvero", "we", "us"). "You" means the organisation that purchases or uses a licence.
Tenvero is sold to businesses only. By purchasing or using it you confirm you are acting in the course of a business and are authorised to bind your organisation to these terms.
Subject to payment and to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Tenvero.
You may not sublicense, resell, rent, or provide Tenvero as a service to third parties without our written agreement.
Tenvero acts on your Microsoft 365 tenant and Active Directory using credentials you supply and control. You are responsible for those credentials, for the permissions you grant, and for the changes you instruct Tenvero to make.
Tenvero makes changes to live mail infrastructure. Delegation changes, reconciliation runs, and AutoMapping updates affect real mailboxes. You are responsible for reviewing what a run will do, for maintaining backups and a rollback path, and for testing in a non-production tenant where the change warrants it.
Licences are sold as annual or monthly subscriptions and renew automatically until cancelled. Xyron Holding B.V. is the seller of record for your transaction; payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at checkout according to your location and VAT status. We may change prices for future renewal periods with reasonable notice; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
First-time purchases made without using the trial are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable. Cancellation ends future renewals and leaves your licence active until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
We offer a 30-day trial enabling the full feature set. A trial ends on its expiry date and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. When a trial expires, licensed functionality stops immediately; there is no post-trial grace period.
Support is provided by email at [email protected]. Professional subscriptions receive priority handling. We do not commit to a contractual response time unless separately agreed in writing.
Tenvero runs on your own workstations; its core functions do not depend on our servers. Licence validation and download services do. We aim to keep those available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features in new releases.
Tenvero is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that it will meet every requirement of your environment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Tenvero is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or wilful recklessness.
You may stop using Tenvero and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate a licence if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails, or if a chargeback is opened against a licence. On termination the licence stops validating and you must cease using the software.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so as a processor and you remain the controller.
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give reasonable notice by email or on this page. Continuing to use Tenvero after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
